what about today?

the road to victory is becoming harder with each step. we take one step forward and four steps back....... well i can't say much. just that the mc has awakened the feelings of longing for my belated dad. oh how i miss him sooooooo much. i wish he was here. i wish i could tell him how i feel coz it feels like i am alone. i just want to sob!!!!!!

Please tell me how to cope after a mc?????????
